Ilia Ovcharenko, the 2022 Hilton Head International Piano Competition Silver Medalist and 2023 Honens Piano Competition winner, will perform the first and second piano concertos by Franz Liszt, with Richard Wagner’s Overture to The Flying Dutchmann and Prelude to Die Meistersinger opening and closing the program, respectively. The Ukrainian pianist Ovcharenko has been praised as “technically flawless and impeccably musical” by International Piano.
